You can enroll online via our registration portal. You are able to view our list of class schedules and pick the time that works best for your gymnast.

Our recreational program offers rolling enrollment. As long as there is space in the class, your child can start right away.

Our recreational gym is a separate, dedicated facility — making us the only gym in Northern Virginia to offer recreational athletes their own exclusive training space. This provides our gymnasts a safe, supportive environment designed just for them.

We keep our class sizes small, with a maximum of 8 students per instructor in our Rec Classes, and a maximum of 6 students per instructor in our Jungle Gym classes. These limits ensure every child gets the attention and coaching they need to succeed.

A leotard is recommended, but athletic shorts, leggings, and a fitted t-shirt or tank top work well too. Hair should be tied back, and athletes should be barefoot in the gym. For safety reasons, jewelry should be removed (small stud earrings are okay).

Yes, there is an annual registration fee for each child enrolled. This helps us cover insurance and administrative costs and ensures that we can continue to provide a high-quality program.

Yes! We’re happy to schedule a trial class so your child can experience our program before enrolling.

Parents are welcome to watch from our viewing area. For safety reasons, we ask that parents do not enter the gym floor during class.

Yes! Families with more than one child enrolled may be eligible for a sibling discount. Please ask our front desk team for details.
